		<description>I actually practised this drill on a tennis court and I realized it fits well with the single&#039;s game footwork and movement. I didn&#039;t try it horizontally (from the alleys and so on), but I maybe I&#039;ll go play indoors this winter (it&#039;s cold in Montreal) and I will try both of them. 		<description>@Robert: I would recommend 5 reps max. That&#039;ll give you a distance of approximately 200 meters in 60 seconds - which is approximately 5 meters a second.  But listen to your body. If you can do more, I encourage you to go for it. Push yourself without over-exerting yourself.
But if your lungs are telling you to slow down, definitely follow their orders too. :)

		<description>@Tyler: Yes they most certainly can Tyler!  Try to develop a plyometric routine with the resistance bands to help increase your explosiveness. You should see some results that way.

Now, the good thing about resistance bands is that they will demand less from your joints and the likelihood for injury will greatly diminished.

As for the site, A. Quickness, it looks like it may have some good info, but from the front page, it looks like to me is the a promotion of a product.   

I&#039;ll post some more info in the next couple days or email you directly with some specific examples.
